How are SMS calculated
You many notice a difference in the number of sent SMS in your reports, and the number you are invoiced for.
- Report count is the number of SMS sent from your account
- Invoice count depends on the number of characters in the SMS. See the following breakdown:

| 161 - 306 characters: 2 SMS messages | 306 | 2 |
| 307 - 459 characters: 3 SMS messages | 459 | 3 |

| 613 - 765 characters: 5 SMS messages | 765 | 5 |
| 767 - 918 characters: 6 SMS messages | 918 | 6 |
| 920 - 1071 characters: 7 SMS messages | 1071 | 7 |
| 1073 - 1224 characters: 8 SMS messages | 1224 | 8 |
